3. Not a Consumer Agency
Conway Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing available here or returned by a linked search tool is a consumer report. It may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Third-Party Links
Government portals, sponsored search services, and other linked resources set their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or information practices.
5. No Warranty
The service is offered “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that content is complete, accurate, current, or available at a particular time, or that a linked portal will operate or return a correct result.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of the service or a linked resource, including a decision made from a record located through it.

8. Intellectual Property
The original writing, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief, attributed excerpt is permitted. Republishing whole pages or systematically copying content is not.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Access Restrictions
We may limit or block access, without notice, for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Governing Law
South Carolina law governs these terms without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The South Carolina Freedom of Information Act is codified at S.C. Code Ann. title 30, chapter 4, including § 30-4-30, but it controls access to existing public-agency records and does not create an obligation for this private service to compile records.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
